Change of our legal form

The mills of the authorities grind slowly ... but now the change is official: the "Unternehmergesellschaft" (UG) has received an upgrade and 48DESIGN is now a "Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung" (GmbH). At last, postmen are no longer searching for the doorbell of the basement (UG means "Untergeschoss" in German as well which translates to basement...), and we have a little bit more space on our printed products. We think that it's very appropriate that this change happened in the tenth year of our company history. The GmbH has long been established as a "quasi standard" and it is the most common legal form here in Germany; whereas most people have not even heard of "UG", mainly because this legal form only exists since November 2008. From now on you will find the small addition "GmbH" after our company name - bot nothing else has changed!
